This project included an expansion to the existing Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center. The expansion included 312 guest rooms and suites, 180,000 SF of convention center space including a 30,000 SF ballroom, and back of house support space. The project also included a major expansion for the resort and pool area of the property. The existing central energy plant will be able to support the expansion by utilizing new secondary pumping systems dedicated to the expansion.
