A 264-Key, 15 story high rise hotel in the heart of downtown Denver. The project included a lobby restaurant and bar, meeting space, coffee bar, and a rooftop indoor / outdoor bar. The project is designed to be 14% more energy efficient than a a baseline building in compliance with the City of Denver’s Green Building Ordinance. G2 performed the MEP engineering, energy modeling, and commissioning for this project.
