This ski in/ski out condo project consists of a 8-story, high rise, luxury mixed-use development with residential and commercial space. The project includes two levels of heated, below grade parking, full service spa, two restaurant venues, two bars venues, fitness center, ski locker rooms, indoor and outdoor pool and employee housing. Snow melt is being provided for all exterior hard surfaces, including the outdoor pool deck. The individual condo units ranged from 2,500 sf to 8,800 sf. G2 is performing the ME engineering for the project.
